    Former Division I Athlete - Villanova

    2 X Big East Champion, Swimming

    Nick brings over three years of college recruiting experience to Elevate Advisors. During this time, he has helped more than 15 families guide their swimmers to the Division 1 level. A former student-athlete at Villanova University, Nick was a top finisher in the Big East and has since become a Masters Swimming National Champion. Currently, he works in operations and supply chain at a leading consulting firm. With his expertise in operations and data, Nick is committed to helping future college athletes find their perfect college fit!

  • Caroline Neil

    Former Division I Athlete - FSU

    2012 Olympic Trials Qualifier, Swimming

    Caroline brings a wealth of experience to Elevate Advisors. As a former student-athlete at Florida State University, she competed at the highest levels of collegiate swimming, qualifying for the 2012 Olympic Trials and finished in the top of the ACC. After graduating, Caroline worked in student-athlete development at the University of South Carolina, Florida State University, and Wake Forest University, where she developed programming and growth opportunities for student-athletes. She is passionate about guiding the next generation of student-athletes to achieve their academic and athletic goals.
